What we collect
When you use an enquiry form we receive what you give us: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number if you add it, and your message. If you ask for professional access, we may also check your professional registration.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.
- To verify professional access — our legitimate interest, and our legal duty not to promote medicines to the public.
- Usage statistics — only with your consent.
Who else sees it
This website is hosted on the Findabis platform, which processes enquiries on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last contact, unless they become part of a business relationship.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
